Bhutan Teer Common Number: What It Means and What It Doesn't

Ask a group of teer players about today's game and someone will mention a "common number". It might be passed around at a tea stall, posted in a Facebook group or forwarded on WhatsApp before the first round. For many players, checking the Bhutan Teer common number is as much a part of the day as checking the result.

This page explains what a common number is, the terms that go with it (House, Ending, Direct, Pair), where these numbers come from, and why phrases like "Hit Number" and "Target Number" deserve a second look. We do not publish predicted numbers on teerbhotan.com, and by the end of this page you'll understand why.

The Basic Terms, With Examples

Every teer result is a two-digit number from 00 to 99. Most of the vocabulary below is about which part of that number you are betting on.

House

The House is the first digit of the result.

  • Result 63 → House is 6
  • Result 05 → House is 0

A House bet covers ten numbers. House 6 wins on any result from 60 to 69.

Ending

The Ending is the last digit of the result.

  • Result 63 → Ending is 3
  • Result 90 → Ending is 0

An Ending bet also covers ten numbers. Ending 3 wins on 03, 13, 23, 33, 43, 53, 63, 73, 83 and 93.

Direct

A Direct number is the exact two-digit result. If you play Direct 63, you win only if the result is exactly 63. Not 36, not 64. Just 63.

Pair

In teer talk, a Pair usually means a number with two matching digits: 00, 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88 and 99. Some players bet on "pair" numbers as a group because they feel lucky or easy to remember. A few counters and players use "pair" in slightly different ways, so if you hear it at your counter, ask exactly what it covers.

Common number

A common number is a number (or a small set of numbers, Houses or Endings) that many players expect or favour for a particular round. It is called "common" because it is shared widely, not because it comes up more often.

Putting it together

Imagine the FR result is 47.

Bet Did it win? Why
Direct 47 Yes Exact match
Direct 74 No Digits reversed
House 4 Yes First digit is 4
Ending 7 Yes Last digit is 7
House 7 No First digit is 4, not 7
Pair 44 No Result is not a pair

How People Come Up With Common Numbers

There is no official common number. Each one comes from a person or group using their own method. Here are the most popular ones. We describe them so you know what you are looking at. These are traditions and habits, not predictions.

1. Looking at past results

Many players go through the previous results and look for numbers that appeared recently, or ones that haven't appeared for a long time. One player might say "48 came twice last week, it's hot". Another will look at the same data and say "48 is used up, avoid it". Both are reading meaning into random results.

2. Counting frequency

Some players count how often each House or Ending appeared over the last month and back the most frequent one. Over a short period some digits will always show up more than others. That is simply what randomness looks like. It does not mean those digits are more likely tomorrow.

3. Formulas and calculations

You will see "formulas" that add, subtract or reverse yesterday's FR and SR to get today's number. For example: "add the digits of yesterday's SR and use the total as today's House". These formulas can feel clever, but the archers and their arrows have no idea what yesterday's result was. A formula built on past results cannot predict a new random number.

4. Dreams and signs

Some common numbers come from dreams, dates, vehicle plates or other everyday signs. See our Dream Number page for how this tradition works.

5. Community habit

Often a number becomes "common" just because it is repeated. Someone respected in a group shares it, others pass it on, and soon it feels like a consensus. A number shared by a thousand people has the same 1-in-100 chance as one picked by nobody.

"Hit Number" and "Target Number": A Reality Check

Search for Bhutan Teer common numbers and you will quickly see the words Hit Number and Target Number. They sound like insider information. They aren't.

What these words usually mean

  • Hit Number: a number someone says is likely to "hit", meaning come up as the result. After the round, the word is also used to boast about a number that did come up.
  • Target Number: a number (or small set) someone is "targeting" for the next round, often presented as a strong tip.

Both are just guesses with a confident label. The label can change how a number feels, but not how likely it is.

Why "hit" claims look better than they are

People who post tips tend to share a lot of numbers. Say a page lists 10 "target numbers" every day. By chance alone, one of those 10 will match the result about 10% of the time, roughly once every ten days. On that day the page shouts "HIT!" and shares a screenshot. On the other nine days nobody mentions it.

That is called survivorship bias: you see the wins that were advertised and never the losses that were quietly forgotten.

The odds, in plain numbers

What you need Chance per round Roughly means
One exact Direct number 1 in 100 Wins about once every 100 tries
One House 1 in 10 Wins about once every 10 tries
One Ending 1 in 10 Wins about once every 10 tries
A Forecast (exact FR and SR) 1 in 10,000 Very rarely wins

These odds are the same every round, whatever the common number, whatever the "target", whatever happened yesterday. Nothing on this site, or anywhere else, can change them.

When someone wants money for a number

If a person or group says they have a guaranteed or "fix" Bhutan Teer number and asks you to pay first, stop. If they could truly know the result, they would have no reason to sell it to you for a few hundred rupees. This is one of the most common teer scams. Read more in our Reputed Counters safety guide.

Managing Your Money

If you choose to play, how you handle your money matters far more than which number you pick. These habits help keep teer as entertainment.

Set a fixed budget

Decide how much you will spend in a week before you play, and treat it as gone the moment you spend it. For example, if you decide on ₹100 a week, that is your limit, even if you win early in the week.

Never chase losses

Chasing means betting more to win back what you've lost. It feels logical in the moment ("I'm due a win") but it isn't. Every round is independent, so losing five times in a row does not make the sixth round more likely to win. Chasing is the fastest way to turn a small loss into a serious one.

Keep bets small and steady

Instead of putting a large amount on one Direct number, some players prefer small amounts spread over a few bets. That does not improve your overall odds; it only makes your spending more predictable. The safest choice is always a small amount you are comfortable losing.

Keep winnings separate

If you win, take some or all of it out of your teer budget. Rolling every win back into bigger bets usually means giving it all back.

Write it down

Keep a simple note of what you spend and win each week. Most players are surprised by the total once they see it written down. If the number worries you, that is a sign to take a break.

Take breaks

Skip days on purpose. If you find it hard to skip a day, take that seriously. See the warning signs below.

Play Responsibly

18+ only. Only play with money you can afford to lose.

Warning signs: spending more than you meant to, hiding your playing, borrowing to play, feeling anxious when you're not playing, or chasing losses. If this sounds like you or someone close to you, call Tele-MANAS on 14416. It's free, confidential and available 24 hours a day.

Teer may not be legal in some states, and laws outside India differ. Please check the law where you live.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Bhutan Teer common number today?

We don't publish one. A common number is a number many players expect or share, not an official or predicted result. On teerbhotan.com we report results after they are declared and explain how the terms work.

Is a common number more likely to win?

No. Each round has 100 possible results and each one has the same chance. A number being popular does not make it more likely.

What is the difference between House and Ending?

House is the first digit of the result and Ending is the last. For result 82, House is 8 and Ending is 2.

What does "Direct" mean in teer?

A Direct bet is on the exact two-digit result. It is harder to win than House or Ending, which is why it usually pays more.

What is a Pair number?

Usually, a number with two matching digits such as 11, 55 or 99. Some counters use the term slightly differently, so ask yours.

Are Hit Numbers and Target Numbers real?

They are real terms but not real predictions. They are guesses given a confident name. No one can know a teer result in advance.

Can a formula predict the next result?

No. Formulas based on past results can't predict a new result, because each round is independent of the ones before it.

Someone on WhatsApp is selling a "fix" number. Should I pay?

No. Selling "fix" or "guaranteed" numbers is a common scam. Never send advance payments, and never share your OTP or UPI PIN.

Does teerbhotan.com sell tips or numbers?

No. teerbhotan.com does not sell tips, numbers or tickets, and never asks for payment. If someone using our name asks you for money, it is not us.

How much should I spend on teer?

Only money you can afford to lose completely. Set a fixed budget in advance, never borrow to play, and stop when you hit your limit.
