These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using teerbhotan.com (the "Site"). The Site is run by teerbhotan.com ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1.1 The Site is for adults aged 18 and over only. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18.

1.2 You may use the Site only where doing so is lawful. Teer may not be legal in some Indian states, and laws outside India differ. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.

1.3 Nothing on the Site is an invitation or encouragement to gamble where gambling is not allowed.

2.1 teerbhotan.com is an independent information website. It publishes Bhutan Teer results, a results archive, and general guides on teer terms, traditions and safe play.

2.2 We are not affiliated with any teer association, organizer, club, regulator or counter.

2.3 We do not:

• sell tickets or accept bets;
• accept payments from readers;
• sell tips, numbers or memberships;
• name, rank or endorse any counter.

2.4 Any person, website, app or group that asks you for money while using our name or a similar name is not connected to us.

3.1 Results are collected from publicly reported sources and may contain errors, delays or omissions. We try to correct mistakes quickly, but we can't guarantee that every result is accurate, complete or on time.

3.2 Timings shown on the Site are approximate. Rounds may be delayed, cancelled or not held on Sundays and holidays.

3.3 Your counter's declared result is the final word for your ticket. Please don't rely only on the Site when deciding whether a ticket has won.

3.4 Information about common numbers, dream numbers, past results and trends is shared for general interest and cultural tradition only. It is not a prediction, not a tip and not financial advice. No number is ever guaranteed.

When you use the Site, you agree that you will not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
• copy, scrape or republish our content in bulk without written permission;
• pretend to be us or suggest that you are connected to us;
• use our name, content or screenshots to promote "fix numbers", tips or paid groups;
• try to disrupt, hack or overload the Site;
• send us anything harmful, abusive or misleading.

Any decision you make to play teer, and any money you spend, is your own choice and responsibility.

5.1 The text, layout, design and original materials on the Site belong to teerbhotan.com unless stated otherwise.

5.2 You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit to teerbhotan.com.

5.3 Results themselves are facts and are not claimed as our property. Our presentation, guides and other original writing are.

6.1 The Site may contain links to other websites, or adverts shown by third parties. We don't control those sites or adverts and aren't responsible for their content, offers or practices.

6.2 A link or advert is not an endorsement. Please take care before sharing personal information or money with any third party.

7.1 The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind about accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose.

7.2 To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• your use of, or reliance on, the Site;
• errors, delays or omissions in results or other information;
• any bet or payment you make, or any dealing with a counter or third party;
• the Site being unavailable for any period.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
